Add Paneer
Add crumbled paneer and mix gently so it’s evenly coated with the masala.
Cook for 2–3 minutes on low flame.
Season
Add garam masala and salt.
Mix well and turn off the flame.

Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and give a final stir.
