Preparation Steps

Prepare Ingredients

Crumble the paneer with your hands or grate it.

Keep chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander leaves ready.

Heat the Pan

Place a pan on medium flame and add oil or ghee.

Sauté Aromatics

Add chopped onions and green chilies.

Sauté until onions turn golden brown.

Add Ginger-Garlic

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for about 30 seconds until the raw smell disappears.

Add Tomatoes and Spices

Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder.

Cook until tomatoes soften and the oil begins to separate from the masala.

Add Paneer

Add crumbled paneer and mix gently so it’s evenly coated with the masala.

Cook for 2–3 minutes on low flame.

Season

Add garam masala and salt.

Mix well and turn off the flame.

Garnish

Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and give a final stir.

Serve

Serve hot with roti, paratha, or bread.
