Atlas Cycles (Haryana) Ltd. was established in 1951 in Sonepat, Haryana. It became one of India’s largest bicycle manufacturers, exporting to over 50 countries. The Sonepat plant was its first manufacturing unit.
Description
The Sonepat facility specialized in roadsters, mountain bikes, children’s bicycles, and utility cycles. Operations were suspended in February 2018 due to financial issues. The site is currently non-operational.
