Prompt Saver is a simple user-friendly tool that helps you save, organize, edit, delete, copy, import, and export your prompts directly inside your web/app page.

Main Features
1. Add Categories
Open the Dashboard and enter a new category name. Click Add Category to create it.

2. Save Prompts
Select a category, type or paste your prompt, and click Save Prompt. The prompt will be stored inside that selected category.
3. View Saved Prompts
All categories are shown below the search box. Click Open beside a category to view its saved prompts. Click Close to hide them again.
4. Copy Prompts
Click the Copy button beside any saved prompt. The prompt will be copied to your clipboard instantly.
5. Search Categories
Use the Search category box to quickly find a saved category.
6. Edit Categories
Choose a category from the Edit Category section, type the new name, and click Update Category.
7. Delete Categories
Choose a category from the Delete Category section and click Delete Category. If prompts exist inside that category, they will also be deleted.
8. Edit Prompts
Select the prompt category, choose the prompt, update the text, and click Update Prompt.
9. Delete Prompts
Select the prompt category, choose the prompt, and click Delete Prompt.
10. Export Backup
Click Export ybps.txt to download your saved categories and prompts as a backup file.
11. Import Backup
Click Import ybps.txt and select your backup file. This will replace the current saved data with the imported backup.
12. Refresh
Click Refresh to reload saved data from your browser storage.
Important Note
This tool stores data in your browser’s local storage. That means your saved prompts stay in the same browser and device. If you clear browser data, switch devices, or use another browser, your prompts may not appear unless you export and import a backup.
Best Practice
Always export a ybps.txt backup file after adding important prompts.
