How to Use Meeting Notes Tool

This guide explains how to add, manage, search, export and import meeting notes using the above Blogger-friendly offline tool.

1. Open Dashboard

Click the Open Dashboard button. The dashboard opens below the hero section. All controls are available inside the dashboard.

2. Add Meeting Note

  • Enter Meeting Title.
  • Select date and time.
  • Choose meeting type, priority and status.
  • Add participants, agenda, notes and action items.
  • Click Save Note.

3. View Saved Notes

Saved meeting notes appear as clean cards below the search area. Each card shows date, time, type, priority, status, participants, agenda, notes and action items.

4. Edit or Delete

Use the Edit button to update an existing meeting note. Use the Delete button to remove a note from browser storage.

5. Search and Filter

Use the search box to find notes by title, participants, agenda, notes or action items. You can also filter notes by status and priority.

6. Dashboard Statistics

  • Total Notes: Shows all saved meeting notes.
  • Today Notes: Shows notes created for today.
  • Important: Shows important and urgent notes.
  • Completed: Shows completed meeting notes.

7. Export TXT

Click Export TXT to download all meeting notes as a text backup file. You can keep this file safely for future use.

8. Import TXT

Click Import TXT and select your previously exported backup file. The saved meeting notes will be restored into the tool.

Important: This tool works with Browser LocalStorage. Data is saved only in the same browser and device. Before clearing browser data or changing device, export the TXT backup file.
