Note: Stir fry on medium-high flame and do not overcook paneer.

Preparation Steps

  1. Cut paneer, onion, capsicum and tomato into pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or wok.
  3. Add garlic, ginger and green chilli. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add onion and capsicum. Stir fry for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add tomato and cook for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper and salt.
  7. Add paneer cubes and toss gently.
  8. Add soy sauce if using and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  9. Finish with garam masala, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot with roti, naan, rice or as a starter.
