Eligibility Criteria

Booking & Transfer Options

Cylinder Booking:

SMS, IVR, WhatsApp (for some providers).

Online portal or mobile app.

Direct visit to the distributor.

Transfer of Connection:

Within the same city – Request a Transfer Termination Voucher (TTV).

To another city – Surrender the cylinder and regulator, obtain a Termination Voucher (TV), and apply with a new distributor.

Due to marriage – Submit an affidavit and subscriber details.
