✨ What is this tool?

The Mood / Reflection Tracker helps you record your daily feelings, write reflections, understand mood patterns, and improve your emotional awareness.

📝 How to Use

  1. Select today’s date.
  2. Choose one or more moods from the mood list.
  3. Select your energy level.
  4. Write your daily reflection.
  5. Click Save Entry.

📊 Dashboard

Click the Dashboard button to view:

  • Overall mood analysis
  • Weekly mood analysis
  • Monthly mood analysis
  • Mood statistics
  • Personal suggestions

📥 Export & 📤 Import

Use Export TXT to download your saved mood data. Use Import TXT to restore your previous data. You Can do from Dashboard to save your edited data or to restore your previous data.

🔐 Privacy

Your data is saved only in your browser using local storage. It is not sent to any server.

💡 Suggestions

The tool gives suggestions based on your mood patterns. If stress, sadness, or low energy appears often, try rest, journaling, talking to someone supportive, or taking small positive steps.
