Preparation Steps

Prepare the filling

Peel and mash the boiled potatoes.

Add salt, red chilli powder, and ½ tsp chaat masala. Mix well.

Heat a small pan with 1 tsp oil, sauté sliced onion and capsicum for 2–3 minutes until slightly soft but still crunchy.

Warm the chapatis

Heat each chapati lightly on a tawa with a little oil or butter until soft and warm.

Assemble the rolls

Place a chapati on a plate.

Spread 1 tbsp green chutney evenly, followed by 1 tbsp tomato ketchup.

Add 2–3 tbsp potato mixture in the center.

Top with sautéed onions and capsicum.

Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala for extra flavor.

Roll and serve

Roll the chapati tightly like a wrap.

Serve immediately while warm.
